Aqualane Shores – A luxury waterfront community nestled between Olde Naples and Port Royal in the city of Naples.  Popular with boaters, there are deep-water canals that provide direct access to Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.  Aqualane Shores is minutes away from Naples famous beaches and the gourmet restaurants, charming shops, theater and art galleries of 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South.  Homes were first constructed here in the 1950’s but the majority of homes here have been torn down or reconstructed.  The majority of the roughly 350 homes are from 2009 or newer. Prices range from $2 – $9 million.

Coquina Sands – Known as the “Hidden Jewel Of Naples On The Gulf” this neighborhood of manicured lawns and winding ficus & palm tree lined streets certainly lives up to its reputation.  This low-density neighborhood is popular with boaters and beach goers who appreciate its prime location, which is just North of the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club and is nestled between Gulf of Mexico and US 41. Residents can easily walk or bike to popular Lowdermilk Park.  There are a variety of condos and single family homes in this neighborhood that was originally developed from the 1960’s through the 1980’s.  Many of the older homes have been torn down and replaced with newer homes to take advantage of this fantastic location and larger lot sizes.
