Coquina Sands
– Known as the “Hidden Jewel Of Naples On The Gulf” this neighborhood of manicured lawns and winding ficus & palm tree lined streets certainly lives up to its reputation.  This low-density neighborhood is popular with boaters and beach goers who appreciate its prime location, which is just North of the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club and is nestled between Gulf of Mexico and US 41. Residents can easily walk or bike to popular Lowdermilk Park.  There are a variety of condos and single family homes in this neighborhood that was originally developed from the 1960’s through the 1980’s.  Many of the older homes have been torn down and replaced with newer homes to take advantage of this fantastic location and larger lot sizes.
